The clay for this piece was harvested by hand from the banks of the Chilliwack River.  The only surface embellishment is the geographical coordinates identifying the origin of the clay. The vase measures about 7" tall and 3.25" at the base. Each piece is made individually with some variation in clay colour and size so it may look slightly different from the one in the picture.
